Stochastic networks software suite

Stocnet is an open software system for the advanced statistical analysis of social networks. Its history reaches back to 1998, but its new guise as a GitHub organization started in 2024. It currently includes the software packages: RSiena (for longitudinal network models), migraph (for cross-sectional network analysis), goldfish (for relational event models), MoNAn (for mobility network analysis), ERPM (for partition models), manynet (for handling network data), and autograph (for network visualization).

Upcoming workshops

We regularly organize workshops on the use of the Stocnet packages, both at conferences and as summer schools. We plan to offer workshop at the 8th European Conference for Social Networks held at Linköping University on August 11th to 15th, 2026. Stay udpated!
