Stochastic networks software suite
Stocnet is an open software system for the advanced statistical analysis of social networks. Its history reaches back to 1998, but its new guise as a GitHub organization started in 2024. It currently includes the software packages: RSiena (for longitudinal network models), migraph (for cross-sectional network analysis), goldfish (for relational event models), MoNAn (for mobility network analysis), ERPM (for partition models), manynet (for handling network data), and autograph (for network visualization).
